Bytom’s City Investment Offer

Bytom is a 765 years old city with a historic and valuable downtown layout. The urban tissue represents very high aesthetic values, lots of its building remains in poor condition though.
The City is now under process of revitalization with the downtown renovation as an important part of it. City Government’s goal was to encourage private investors to invest into historic tenements and renovate them.
To achieve that, they prepared documentation of buildings being the objects requiring intervention. They asked me to put all the data together in the form of a book, dedicated to private investors and available at housing fairs.
